8T Capstan Winch Gasoline

This 8-ton gasoline-powered winch is a heavy-duty pulling unit designed for applications such as power line construction, cable laying, tower erection, and various heavy-duty pulling tasks in remote, off-grid locations. Powered by a reliable air-cooled gasoline engine, it delivers a rated pulling force of 80 kN (8 tons) via a two-speed gearbox, allowing operators to flexibly switch between "high-torque/low-speed pulling" and "low-load/high-speed retrieval" modes.

Featuring a welded steel frame and a precision-machined drum, the winch is built to withstand rigorous field conditions and continuous operation. It is equipped with an integrated mechanical braking system that securely locks the load when the engine is idling or the throttle is released, thereby preventing accidental slippage during cable stringing and sag adjustment operations.
