X6ATC is a fully automatic nesting CNC machine with auto Label & optional gantry robot arm. It is an advanced, industrial manufacturing workcell primarily used in modern panel furniture and cabinetry production. It optimizes sheet materials—like MDF, plywood, or particle board—by nesting cutting paths to maximize yield and minimize waste, executing multiple processes autonomously.

Auto-Labeling: Before cutting starts, an integrated printing head automatically applies barcode labels directly to the raw sheet. These labels contain specific part numbers, dimensions, and edge-banding instructions for downstream assembly.

Auto-Loading: Vacuum suction cups or standard loading mechanisms lift the raw panel from a lift table and precisely position it onto the CNC work table.

Nesting & Machining: The machine utilizes an automatic tool changer (ATC) and multi-spindle drilling heads to drill vertical holes, slot, and cut the panel parts into nested shapes.

Auto-Unloading: A pusher bar sweeps the cut parts and residual dust off the workspace onto an outfeed conveyor belt, keeping the main table clean for the next sheet.

Gantry Robot Arm Integration (Optional Add-on): An overhead gantry robot can act as the ultimate material handler. It is programmed to sort finished panels onto distinct pallets, route them to edge-banding stations, or stack raw inventory without any manual human intervention.

Labor Reduction: The combination of automatic pre-labeling, loading, and a gantry robot arm allows the cell to run in a "lights-out," fully unattended manufacturing mode.

Traceability: Barcode labels applied before cutting prevent sorting errors, eliminating human mix-ups during final assembly or drilling stages.
