Product Description

The DZ-RT4-DH600 is a rotary table polishing machine purpose-designed for door handle and architectural hardware manufacturing. Its 4-station indexing rotary table enables continuous production: while one station polishes, the operator simultaneously loads and unloads workpieces at adjacent stations — eliminating idle time and maximizing throughput.

PLC intelligent control manages all polishing parameters including wheel speed, contact pressure, dwell time, and table indexing sequence. The system stores dedicated programs for different handle designs — from simple lever handles to complex mortise lock bodies. Pneumatic quick-clamping fixtures enable 15-second workpiece changeover, while the enclosed polishing chamber with dust extraction maintains a clean operator environment.
