The rigid bridge structure — with a 2200mm span and heavy-duty cast iron bed — provides exceptional stability and vibration damping, enabling precision polishing on components up to 2000mm in length.

Driven by an 11 kW servo spindle and equipped with a 3000 kg table load capacity, this machine handles large sanitary fittings, industrial valves, marine hardware, and architectural metal components with ease. The CNC controller supports multi-axis interpolation for complex surface contour polishing with consistent finish quality across the entire workpiece surface.
