The DZ-4ST-SE600 is a high-productivity 4-station automatic polishing machine designed for the hardware manufacturing industry. Four independent workstations operate simultaneously from a single programming cycle, quadrupling throughput compared to single-station machines. Each station accommodates workpieces up to 350mm in diameter, making it ideal for faucets, door handles, locks, and various architectural hardware components.

Safety is paramount — the complete polycarbonate enclosure with electromagnetic interlocks prevents access during operation. The integrated centralized automatic lubrication system minimizes maintenance while extending machine service life.
