Rotary table U drill machine

Main components
The upper and lower layers of U-shaped guide frame beams are arranged in parallel on the part of the base of the rotary table U drilling machine located below the head frame. The opening of the U-shaped guide frame beam faces the base part where the column is set, and together with the part, a rectangular frame accommodating the workbench is enclosed; guide blocks are arranged between the upper and lower guide frame beams which are consistent with the length direction and the width direction of the base, and threaded holes are opened on the guide blocks, and screws are matched in the threaded holes. One end of the screw located in the guide frame beam is connected to the workbench, and the screw and the workbench can rotate relative to each other.

The machine tool is suitable for processing flange products below DN100, with high processing efficiency, reduced manual processing, high uniformity of dimensions, and easy operation.
