Full protection drilling and tapping machine

The fully protected drilling and tapping machine is a machine tool for drilling and tapping valves and flanges. Since it is used for drilling and tapping valves and flanges, the machine tool has two stations. One station is for drilling and the other is for tapping. During the processing, the valve body does not move to protect the processing accuracy of the workpiece. This improves work efficiency.

Main features

The fully protected drilling and tapping machine can process multiple threaded holes on the same plane at the same time, with high processing efficiency, reduced labor, high uniformity of processing dimensions, and easy operation.

1. High processing efficiency: During the processing of the machine tool, the No. 1 power head is used for longitudinal feeding to complete the drilling process of the thread bottom pattern. The workpiece is moved from the horizontal workbench to the second station, and the No. 2 power head is fed longitudinally to complete the tapping process of the thread. The time required is 1-2 minutes.

2. Reduce labor: Traditional tapping requires two processes, namely drilling the thread bottom hole and tapping, and the mold needs to be used to process each hole one by one, which wastes time. This machine tool can complete the drilling and tapping of multiple holes in one clamping, and the work efficiency is very high.

3. High uniformity of processing dimensions: After the first adjustment is completed, you only need to clamp the workpiece to cycle the drilling and tapping work.

Main components

The fully protected drilling and tapping machine is mainly composed of a bed, a power head, a feed CNC slide, and tooling. It is also equipped with an independent electrical cabinet, a hydraulic station, a centralized lubrication device, and a cooling and automatic chip removal device, with high protection.

Application

Full protection drilling and tapping machine is suitable for various valve fittings: the machine tool uses a cross coupling to drive the spline shaft transmission, and the position adjustment range of the drill rod is large. The machine tool can process products with multiple threaded holes on the same plane as the valve mouth.
