PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The VMC-1160 is one of the VMC series products independently developed and produced by our company. The VMC-1160 features high speed, high rigidity and high stability, and has a very powerful configuration, such as high speed spindles and high torque motors, giving it super high performance. The machine is equipped with integrated bearing block. It can effectively improve the overall rigidity of the axial system and effectively avoid the rotation deformation of the screw. The base of this machine adopts the design of oil and water separation, which can not only prolong the service life of the chip fluid, but also reduce the cost and meet the requirements of environmental protection requirement. Excellent rigidity of the spindle head can absorb vibration, vibration will not affect the machining accuracy of the problem. Three axis precision ball screw provides the efficiency of high speed movement and precise position control. This machine is also using high power axial servomotor, no any backlash and hysteresis problems
