This 3-axis CNC EDM deep-hole drilling machine is a high-precision, high-efficiency system specifically designed for machining micro-holes and deep holes in conductive materials. It utilizes a copper tube electrode in conjunction with high-frequency pulsed discharge to electro-erode the workpiece, while employing high-pressure deionized water for chip evacuation and cooling. This equipment excels at processing hard, heat-resistant, and geometrically complex materials—such as quenched steel, stainless steel, cemented carbide, and titanium alloys—that are difficult to machine using conventional mechanical methods.
