The reason the B-33 is called an "intelligent" band saw lies at its core in the intelligent adaptive sawing system. This system uses "constant cutting force" as its control principle, monitoring the stress on the saw blade in real-time during the cutting process and automatically and steplessly adjusting the feed rate based on changes in material hardness and cross-section.

This means the equipment no longer requires frequent manual intervention and adjustment. Whether facing solid bars or large profiles, the B-33 consistently maintains the most efficient cutting state. According to comparisons of actual production data, the cutting speed of the B-33 can be nearly double that of traditional sawing machines, truly achieving "completing a full day's workload in just half a day".

For materials of different types (such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, etc.), the B-33 is equipped with a 20-100 m/min variable frequency stepless speed regulation function. Operators can easily set the optimal linear speed according to the saw blade specifications and material, achieving the best balance between cutting surface finish and efficiency.

In the mass processing of materials with the same specifications, feeding accuracy is key to material savings. The B-33 boasts a single feed stroke capacity of 500mm and,凭借其 high-precision control system, achieves an impressive single feed accuracy of ±0.1mm. This accuracy far exceeds industry standards, effectively reducing waste at the material ends and truly realizing the goal of "material saving".
