Product Features:
1. The system adopts an advanced human-machine interface (HMI) combined with PLC-based control technology, enabling fully automated execution of pipe gripping, discharge, conveying, and measurement processes. It automatically measures tubing length and records the data sequentially in memory for convenient storage, retrieval, and management. The system offers reliable performance, flexible operation, and eliminates the need for dedicated manual supervision.

2. The equipment is equipped with a mobile trolley featuring an automatic follow-up function. The trolley independently transports the tubing while simultaneously performing conveying and length measurement operations. It can operate independently or in synchronization with the elevator in either free-tracking or towing modes. Both the clamp assembly and trolley support the tubing during movement, eliminating friction between the pipe and guide rail and effectively protecting pipe-end threads from wear and damage.

3. An electro-permanent magnetic handling mechanism is incorporated to provide rapid magnetic engagement and release. This technology enables fast and secure pipe transfer while minimizing impact forces, reducing operational noise, and preventing damage to the tubing surface.

4. The system performs highly accurate automatic stacking and positioning of tubing. For φ89 mm oil tubing, it can arrange 30 pipes horizontally in parallel rows and stack them vertically in up to 10 layers, ensuring orderly storage and precise pallet formation.
5. A remote-control function is provided to manage unexpected conditions during automatic operation, enhancing operational flexibility, safety, and overall convenience for field personnel.

This oilfield equipment is specifically designed for well servicing and intervention operations in oil, gas, and water wells. It is suitable for tubing running and retrieval, drill pipe handling, sucker rod operations, downhole pump extraction, and routine well maintenance. Widely deployed in both onshore and offshore production fields, the system enhances operational efficiency, reduces labor intensity, and provides a safe, intelligent, and highly automated solution for modern oilfield servicing applications.
