Brief Description

This machine is designed and manufactured for producing self-joint type storage supporting beams with variable dimensions. Traditional C-type box beams are produced by two steps: first step is to roll form 2 pieces of C-type sections, and second step is to seam the two sections together. Compared to the C-type box beam, self-joint type beams enjoy great strength and can save 10% to 20% material. While roll forming self-joint type beams will be more complex than roll forming a simple C-type section.
