Product Description

This bolt consists of three parts: a hexagonal head, a flange face, and a shank. The hexagonal head and flange face are integrally formed, with the flange face providing enhanced support, while the shank is used to connect the fastened components. This unique design results in a larger "ratio of support area to stress area" for the hex flange step bolt compared to standard hexagonal head bolts, enabling it to withstand higher preload forces and offering superior anti-loosening performance.

Material Specifications
Aluminum Excellent thermal/electrical conductivity but naturally soft. May produce gelatinous buildup during processing.
