Description

The SDVEDON TK6916 is a high-performance heavy-duty CNC floor-type boring and milling machine, developed with advanced mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic technologies. It is a cost-effective solution for large-scale, heavy-duty machining, featuring wide processing capabilities, comprehensive CNC functions, high precision, and high productivity, making it an ideal core equipment for heavy machinery, energy, aerospace, and mold industries.

High-Rigidity Heavy-Duty Structure

All major components (column, ram, bed, etc.) are made of high-quality cast iron, aged to eliminate internal stress, ensuring excellent overall rigidity, vibration absorption, and long-term stability. The spindle box adopts a closed square-hole structure, with two rectangular guide rails on the column and internal rib reinforcement for high rigidity and vibration resistance. The X, Y, and Z axes use hydrostatic guideways with adjustable pressure points, ensuring smooth movement, low friction, and high positioning accuracy.

High-Precision Spindle System

The spindle consists of a boring spindle and a milling spindle, equipped with imported SKF set bearings for high speed, rigidity, and precision. Constant-temperature oil cooling is employed to prevent bearing temperature rise, ensuring spindle accuracy. The boring spindle is made of 38CrMoAlA alloy steel, nitrided for hardness and wear resistance, with a jaw-type pull-stud tool clamping structure for reliable automatic tool clamping. Equipped with the Huazhong 828DI CNC system and AC digital servo drive system, the TK6916 supports 6-axis control (X,Y,Z,W,V,B) with 4-axis linkage, featuring multi-axis linkage, functional compensation, data communication, fixed machining cycles, and tool management. The system enables milling of inclined surfaces, frame-shaped planes, large hole end faces, arbitrary curved surfaces, and various hole types, supporting one-time clamping for drilling, reaming, boring, grooving, milling, angle milling, reversing boring, and multi-faceted machining.

High-Load CNC Rotary Table

The optional CNC rotary table features a 4000×4500mm work surface, 50000kg maximum load, 360° continuous rotation, and 1600mm linear travel. It adopts hydrostatic guideways, with continuous indexing function for continuous curved surface machining (such as impellers), expanding the application range and reducing auxiliary time. The table's rotation accuracy is controlled by a circular grating, ensuring high precision and accurate indexing.
