The GB4230X is a high-efficiency adjustable angle horizontal band saw, specifically designed for multi-angle cutting of medium and large-sized metal profiles. It excels in processing various black metal materials such as angle steel, round pipes, rectangular tubes and I-beams, making it an essential equipment for metal processing workshops, construction engineering and pipeline manufacturing.

1. Install the machine on a solid and level concrete foundation to ensure operational stability and avoid vibration during high-speed cutting.
2. Connect to a standard three-phase 380V 50Hz power supply with professional wiring and reliable grounding for electrical safety.
3. Before operation, check hydraulic oil level, coolant volume and saw blade tension to ensure all systems are in good condition.
4. Wear protective goggles and gloves during cutting to prevent injury from metal chips or broken saw blades.
5. Do not touch the rotating saw blade or adjust the workpiece while the machine is running.
6. Adjust the cutting speed according to material hardness—use lower speeds for hard materials (stainless steel) and higher speeds for soft materials (carbon steel).
7. Regularly clean chips from the work area, guide rails and saw blade to maintain cutting efficiency and extend blade life.
8. When the machine is idle for a long time, turn off the main power, apply anti-rust oil to exposed metal surfaces, and cover the machine to prevent dust accumulation.
