The machine adopts a robust cast iron bed structure, ensuring excellent rigidity and stability during heavy cutting. The tool spindle uses Morse No.5 taper and supports hob arbors of Φ22, Φ27, and Φ32mm, with a maximum installed tool size of 160*160mm. The spindle has 9 adjustable speeds ranging from 40-250rpm, and the axial feed offers 12 steps from 0.4-4mm/r, adapting to different gear materials and cutting processes.

The worktable has a diameter of 520mm and a maximum rotation speed of 15.6r/min, with hydraulic rapid travel up to 50mm. 1. Install the machine on a reinforced concrete foundation with sufficient load-bearing capacity to support the 4500kg weight and ensure stable operation.
2. Connect to a standard three-phase power supply with reliable grounding to ensure electrical safety for all motors.
3. Before each operation, check the lubrication system, hydraulic oil level, and coolant system to ensure normal running.
4. Confirm workpiece clamping, tool installation, and program parameters before starting automatic gear cutting to prevent collisions.
5. Keep hands and foreign objects away from the rotating worktable, tool spindle, and moving parts during operation.
6. Adjust spindle speed and feed rate according to the gear module and material hardness to protect the hob and ensure machining quality.
7. Regularly clean iron chips, guide rails, and transmission parts, and replace lubricating oil and hydraulic oil as required.
8. When the machine is idle for a long time, turn off the main power, clean all surfaces, and apply anti-rust treatment to metal parts.
