Gmc1530 Robust Gantry Machining Center for Intense Metal Removal

The GMC1530 is a heavy‑duty double‑column gantry machining center built for high‑rigidity and high‑precision machining of large and heavy‑weight workpieces. Constructed with high‑strength Meehanite cast iron, its integral bed adopts honeycomb cavity internal structure. Vibration aging and double tempering processes remove internal stress, sustaining stable accuracy under long‑term heavy‑load cutting. It applies fixed‑beam double‑column structure, delivers spacious machining space, and features high workpiece‑loading capacity for diverse heavy‑duty metal‑cutting tasks.
