The CK510H CNC Lathe is a high-performance machining center engineered for heavy-duty precision turning across diverse industrial applications. With a maximum swing diameter over the bed of φ500mm and over the slide of φ290mm, the lathe accommodates a wide range of workpiece sizes. The X-axis (transverse) maximum stroke of 295mm and flexible machining length options (500/1000/1500/2000/3000/4000/5000mm) ensure adaptability to both short and long components, making it suitable for batch production and custom manufacturing.
At the core of its performance is a powerful spindle system: it features an A2-8 spindle nose, with options for φ82mm or φ105mm spindle bores (both with Metric No.90 (1:20) inner hole tapers), supporting compatibility with various tooling and workholding setups.
