1. Preferred materials: 7075 aluminum alloy (high strength, anti-fatigue) or stainless steel (corrosion resistance). Brackets must be treated with electromagnetic shielding to avoid interference with flight controllers and imaging equipment.
2. Shock resistance requirements: Gimbal brackets shall be equipped with built-in cushions (silicone or rubber), capable of withstanding ±5g vibration during flight to prevent imaging blur.
