Product Overview

This hex head plug screw is integrally CNC machined from RoHS compliant stainless steel. It features precise thread and hexagon dimensions with reliable sealing performance, widely used as sealing and blocking parts for industrial pipelines, hydraulic & pneumatic equipment and instrument enclosures.

Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems

Mainly used for blocking ports of hydraulic stations, cylinders and oil pipelines. It requires excellent pressure resistance and tight thread fit to prevent leakage under high pressure. The structure maintains high strength, and threads will not slip or deform after repeated assembly and disassembly.

Industrial Fluid Pipelines

Applied to port blocking of water supply, drainage and chemical fluid pipelines. The product needs outstanding corrosion resistance to withstand erosion from conveyed media. Stable surface performance prevents rusting and ensures long-term sealing effect.
