Situo Hardware supplies custom carbon steel hex injection molded insert nuts, also known as knurled embedded through-hole nuts. Manufactured with precision machining and cold forming technology, these insert nuts are pre-buried during plastic injection molding.

The outer knurl design delivers strong anti-rotation and anti-pullout performance. When molded into plastic substrates, the nut stays locked firmly without spinning or detaching under torque and vibration. Widely used for plastic housings in consumer electronics, smart home devices, automotive plastic components, instrument enclosures and communication equipment. We support non-standard custom machining based on drawings or samples.
