Product Overview

M6 Knurled Embedding Screw is a professional insert fastener specially designed for plastic injection molding. With standard M6 thread and precision knurled outer structure, this embedding screw can be firmly integrated into plastic parts during the molding process. It effectively enhances the assembly strength of plastic products and solves the problems of slippery threads and loose connection caused by repeated disassembly. Product Features

Anti-Rotation & Anti-Pull-Out Knurled Design

The outer knurled texture is uniform and clear. During injection molding, the plastic material fully fills the knurled gaps to form a tight mechanical interlock structure. It greatly improves torque resistance and axial pull-out resistance, effectively preventing rotation, falling off and displacement during long-term assembly and use.

Standard M6 Thread, Smooth Matching

Adopts standard M6 thread specification with precise tooth pitch and smooth thread surface. No burrs or tooth breaking, ensuring smooth locking and repeated disassembly. The thread maintains stable fastening performance and good interchangeability for subsequent product assembly.

Firm Embedding & High Structural Stability

It can be pre-embedded in the injection mold and formed integrally with plastic parts. Compared with post-installation fasteners, the integral molding structure has higher overall stability, not easy to loose after long-term use, and improves the service life of plastic product assembly structure.
