Description

This custom CNC machined aluminum impeller is designed for industrial centrifugal blowers used in factory ventilation, air handling and pneumatic material conveyance systems. The curved blades form the air passages, while the central hub and shaft bore locate the impeller on the drive assembly.
Five axis machining helps produce complex blade contours and reduce repeated setups for multi-face geometries. Aluminum offers lower mass than many steel alternatives, but the selected alloy and design must suit the required rotational speed, operating temperature and mechanical loading.
Before production, confirm the shaft fit, blade profile, outer diameter, maximum speed and balance requirements. Where specified, the finished impeller should be checked for bore alignment, runout and balance after machining and any required surface treatment.
