Description

This custom CNC machined hydraulic swash plate is designed for variable displacement axial piston pumps used in industrial hydraulic power units, injection molding machinery and heavy equipment hydraulic systems. Its inclined bearing face works with the piston slippers, while the pivot bores and support interfaces establish the required alignment and operating angle.
Five axis CNC machining helps produce the inclined face and multi face geometry with controlled positioning between critical features. The selected alloy steel grade and heat treatment must suit the contact loading, wear conditions and operating requirements of the pump.
Before production, confirm the pump model, swash angle, pivot dimensions, bearing face finish, hardness requirement and post treatment inspection criteria. The inclined surface and pivot alignment should be checked against the mating components to help maintain the intended piston motion and pump performance.
