• Continuous & Stable Feeding: Driven by a motor, the rotating screw shaft continuously conveys material in a U-trough or tubular housing, ensuring pulse-free, uniform, and stable discharge—eliminating material interruption or surge feeding.
• Frequency-Controlled Speed Regulation: Equipped with a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), allowing stepless speed adjustment (0-60 rpm) for precise flow control, adaptable to varying production rates and recipe requirements.
• High-Precision Metering (Optional): Optional integration with load cells and speed encoder enables loss-in-weight or weigh-belt metering systems, achieving dynamic accuracy of ±0.5%—ideal for precise dosing of resin, hardener, and additives.
• Wear-Resistant Design: Screw blades made of wear-resistant alloy steel (e.g., NM400, 65Mn) or tungsten carbide cladding/spraying; housing lined with ceramic tiles or polyurethane plates—greatly extending service life, especially for abrasive materials like silica sand or ore powder.
• Sealing & Dust Control: Multi-layer sealing (labyrinth + packing + air seal) at inlets, outlets, and bearings prevents dust leakage. Optional dust extraction port connects to pulse cartridge filters for a clean workshop environment.
