Frequently Asked Questions
Q1: Can it replace a 24V lead-acid battery?
Yes. The battery can be designed as a replacement for many 24V lead-acid systems. Compared with lead-acid batteries, LiFePO₄ technology generally provides lower weight, longer cycle life, higher usable energy, and lower maintenance requirements.
Q2: Can the battery support a high-power marine motor?
It can be configured for motor applications, but the required BMS and cell configuration should be determined based on the motor's rated power, starting/peak current, continuous current, and operating conditions. For high-power trolling or propulsion motors, a higher-capacity or higher-current battery configuration may be recommended.
Q3: Can the battery be used in wet marine environments?
Yes, the battery can be designed for marine applications. For fishing boats, we recommend using a water-resistant or IP-rated enclosure, sealed terminals, and appropriate corrosion-resistant components. The exact waterproof rating depends on the customized battery housing and sealing design.
Q4: Does the battery support Bluetooth monitoring?
Yes. Bluetooth monitoring can be customized. Depending on the BMS configuration, users can monitor parameters such as battery voltage, current, state of charge (SOC), cell voltage, temperature, and protection status through a mobile application.
