T-11 Replaceable Head PU Swab - 115mm Washable Swab with 5mm x 15mm Head

This T-11 variant is built around a replaceable head. The PU head measures 5mm in width and 15mm in length on a 115mm total length, and it can be pulled off and replaced while the handle goes back to work. For workshops that go through swabs continuously, that means buying heads instead of whole swabs.

The head is also washable. Rinse it, let it dry, and it returns to service with its absorbency intact, which suits repeated cleaning of the same fixture, printer head, or optical surface rather than one-pass wipe-and-discard duty.

What sets it apart from the standard T-11

• Replaceable head. The cleaning head detaches from the handle and can be swapped in seconds, so a worn or contaminated head does not retire the whole tool.
• Washable and reusable. The PU head can be rinsed and air dried for repeat use, cutting consumable consumption on routine maintenance tasks.
• High absorbency. The PU head holds a useful charge of solvent so a single dip covers a larger area, and it lifts residue rather than pushing it around.
• 5mm x 15mm head. Narrow enough for connectors and slots, long enough to cover a flat surface in fewer passes.
• 115mm overall length. Compact enough for benchtop and handheld work; the same footprint as the standard T-11.

Standard packs ship in 100 pcs per bag. Replacement heads can be supplied separately for customers who want to restock heads without buying handles again.
