EV40/35 Automatic Vacuum Extruder for Clay Brick Making Machine

This vacuum extruder is a key molding equipment for brick production lines, ideal for continuous extrusion of wet clay.
It produces smooth, dense mud bars with high quality and large output. The machine is easy to operate, runs stably and features high reliability.
It can manufacture solid bricks, hollow bricks, porous bricks, hollow blocks and other brick types.
Consisting of an upper mixer, vacuum chamber and lower extruder, the machine body is made of high-quality steel plates with aging treatment for higher hardness and strength. It has a reasonable structure, solid construction, low energy consumption, high efficiency and easy maintenance.
It can also be equipped with a digital automatic monitoring system to ensure stable and continuous operation.
