EV75 two-stage vacuum extruder is core forming equipment for automatic clay brick production line, matched with front screen stirring pug mill machine. It adopts double-layer mixing + high-vacuum de-airing extrusion structure, removes air bubbles inside mud to improve brick compactness and finished brick strength, suitable for red clay, shale, coal gangue, fly ash, sludge raw materials to produce solid brick, hollow perforated brick and roof tile.

Our factory supports full customization of core configuration, widely sold to Africa, Southeast Asia, South America brick factories, stable operation, low wear, long service life.
