Clay Brick Box Feeder Machine

We offer two types of feeders for your selection, based on different raw materials:

1.Chain Plate Step-Type Feeder
Suitable for hard materials, such as shale, coal gangue, etc.
2. Belt-Type Feeder
Suitable for soft materials, such as clay, mud, soil and fly ash.

Clay Brick Box Feeder of Key Parts:

1. Chain Plate: Using 16 Mn high strength low alloy structural steel, with double circular arc plate, effectively prevent leakage of material.

It has the advantages of high strength, high toughness, wear resistance, good comprehensive performance, long service life and wide application range.

2. The Chain : It is using loading-bearing and traction separately structure, can improve the ability of plate feeding machine loading capacity .

3. Chain wheel: Machine material is not lower than that of ZG310-570, tooth surface adopt to quenching treatment and depth up to 2-2.5 mm, the hardness can reach HRC44-52.

4. Chain shaft: Using 45# steel , adopt thermal refining processing .
