This 4.6-meter full-automatic tunnel kiln project is a complete continuous firing production solution specially designed for large-scale sintered brick factories. The whole production process from raw material crushing, stirring, extrusion molding, automatic cutting, robot stacking, drying to tunnel kiln firing and automatic unloading is fully automated, with little manual operation required.
The tunnel kiln adopts advanced internal thermal insulation structure, reasonable flue gas circulation system and waste heat recovery technology. It can use clay, shale, coal gangue, sludge and other industrial solid waste as raw materials. The kiln runs continuously 24 hours a day with stable temperature, uniform firing quality, low energy consumption and low pollution. It is the most mainstream and reliable brick factory production line in modern brick industry.
This project can produce standard red bricks, hollow bricks, perforated bricks and other sintered products.
