BBT China Technical Design: Automatic Brick Production Line with Tunnel Dryer & Tunnel Kiln

This fully automatic clay brick production line is equipped with a complete tunnel dryer chamber and integrated tunnel kiln system.
The drying and firing system adopts a two-stage stacking and firing process supported by advanced tunnel drying technology. The tunnel dryer measures 83.65×22.625m, with heat supplied by high-temperature waste heat from fired bricks and the tunnel kiln. The air temperature and volume can be precisely regulated to guarantee high-quality drying of green bricks.
The tunnel kiln features a large cross-section with an inner width of 6.6m and a flat ceiling structure.
It is specially designed for firing products with a heat value of 1200 KJ/Kg.

Clay Brick Drying Chamber – System & Construction

The drying chamber adopts a tunnel dryer with dimensions of 83.65×22.625m. High-temperature and low-temperature fans recover waste heat from the tunnel kiln and deliver it to the dryer. The heat is then distributed by internal circulation fans to ensure uniform contact with the green bricks. Moisture is removed efficiently by exhaust fans, guaranteeing excellent drying quality.
After drying, bricks are unloaded from drying carts, transferred to a marshalling station, restacked onto kiln cars by a stacking machine, and transported into the tunnel kiln via a ferry car.
Heat for the drying chamber is fully supplied by tunnel kiln waste heat through an external pipe system. The chamber is equipped with an air supply system, moisture exhaust system, control system and monitoring system. Except for the monitoring system, the air supply and exhaust components consist of metal pipelines and matching industrial fans.
