Working Principle & Structural Characteristics of Double Toothed Roller Crusher

The double toothed roller crusher crushes bulk materials primarily through splitting, squeezing and shearing force generated by two toothed rollers rotating at differential speeds.
It adopts a fast-slow differential roller rotation structure, with a compression roller installed on the upper section. Relying on the counter-rotation of the dual toothed rollers, the equipment continuously crushes incoming lump materials.
The motor connects to the reduction gearbox via a hydraulic coupler and coupling. The gearbox adjusts the rotating speed and running direction of the two toothed rollers to form a reasonable speed difference, greatly enhancing crushing performance and material processing efficiency.
Equipped with bottom scraper devices, it effectively prevents material adhesion and jamming inside the roller grooves. This design ensures stable operation, improves overall working efficiency, and extends the service life of the equipment.
