Automatic Sintered Brick Cutting Equipment of Working Principle:

The flat conveyor belt transports the mud bar to the preset position and then stops. Upon receiving the mud bar in-position signal, the crank-connecting rod mechanism activates and vertically cuts the mud bar into green bricks of specified specifications.
The cut green bricks are then conveyed to the setting table for grouping and stacking, after which the mechanism resets and prepares for the next working cycle.
During operation, the steel wire tensioning device is equipped with an automatic alarm function for wire breakage.
