GS Series Double Roller Crusher GS700B GS800B GS1000B for Mining and Clay Brick Crushing Clay Brick Machine
Fine Grinder Roller Crusher for Clay Brick Making Factory
This machine is one of the key equipment in the raw material processing section of the brick production line. It is specially designed for fine grinding of wet and soft raw materials. By crushing, it improves the grain composition and plasticity of brick materials, making it ideal for materials with a moisture content ≤25%. The crushing ratio is 1:4–6, and the maximum feed size is controlled below 20 mm.
The roller clearance of this machine is ≤3 mm. The rollers are supported by two hydraulic cylinders, which can withstand the maximum working load. With a heavy-duty design, the machine features a strong steel structure. The side frame adopts a welded rigid structure with precision machining, ensuring high accuracy, good shock resistance, and safe & stable operation.
When the rollers are worn, a special grinding lathe (optional) can automatically repair the roller rings to maintain stable working performance.
