This vacuum extruder serves as the core forming equipment in clay brick production lines. Processed clay is first plasticized and extruded in the upper section, then passes through the vacuum deaeration chamber into the lower extrusion section. It is extruded into solid or hollow clay columns with customized cross-sections and shapes, which are finally cut into standard green bricks by the brick cutting machine.
It is an essential key machine for manufacturing solid bricks, hollow bricks and porous bricks.
