Equipment Introduction
The compact extruder is a single-stage vacuum brick machine engineered for small-to-medium clay fired brick plants. It eliminates the conventional upper mixing section and is rigidly bolted to the upstream mixer/extruder mouth, creating a one-piece structure that greatly shortens overall length and reduces building height requirements.

Application in Clay Brick Plant:
Used to vacuum-extrude pre-treated clay, shale, or coal-gangue mixes into wet brick blanks in one pass, ready for cutting, stacking, drying, and firing downstream.

Function:
• Vacuum degassing: achieves –0.08 MPa vacuum to remove air, increasing blank density;
• Continuous extrusion: direct coupling with the upstream mixer ensures steady, uninterrupted output;
• Space-saving: overall machine length is ~30 % shorter than traditional two-stage extruders, ideal for retrofits or height-limited plants.

• One-piece mouth eliminates mud leakage, boosting forming rate to >98 %;
