Customized Anticorrosion Aluminum Bracket for Facade Support System
This L-shaped bracket is specifically designed for facade support systems. Extruded from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy, it offers excellent extrudability, fine surface finish, and high cost-effectiveness, making it the preferred choice for conventional curtain wall applications.
The surface can be anodized (providing high wear resistance and strong metallic texture as shown in the sample) or painted according to customer requirements.

Product Features
  • Structural Design: L-shaped right-angle profile with slotted adjustment holes on the plate, enabling horizontal and vertical fine-tuning during installation to compensate for fabrication and on-site tolerances. Notches are reserved at the ends to accommodate supporting thermal gaskets and limiting structures.
  • Anti-slip Design: Fine vertical knurling on the working surface increases friction with profiles and panels, preventing sliding and enhancing overall displacement resistance and seismic performance of the curtain wall system.
  • Performance Advantages: Lightweight and corrosion-resistant construction suitable for long-term outdoor service. Features stable strength and will not rust. Unlike galvanized steel brackets, eliminates risk of galvanic corrosion.
