Product introduction of dry mortar production line:

The dry-mixed mortar production line is much more efficient than simple dry-mixed mortar mixers, it is generally used by large and medium-sized dry-mixed mortar companies to manufacture special mortars. The dry-mix mortar production line is mainly composed of metering batching system, mixing system, raw material storage system, finished product storage system, control system, and conveying system. The raw material storage system usually uses cement silos for storage. The metering and batching system usually adopts screw conveying, and the metering scale body is usually a metering hopper, which integrates a high-precision sensor and is connected to the control system through a line. The mixing system usually uses a dual-shaft mixer without gravity, which is the heart of the entire mixing system, and its performance affects the final quality of the product. The finished product storage system eliminates the phenomenon of excessive fiber, poor fluidity, and easy bridging and adhesion of particles. The system realizes rapid and continuous discharging, and the special raw material finished product warehouse can be smoothly discharged by adding an air flotation device.

Dry-mixed mortar equipment is mainly used for the mixed production of dry mortar powder. The equipment has three production processes for the materials for us to choose.

Here we briefly introduce:

1. Horizontal process. It is mainly stored by lifting the raw materials into the silo. After being weighed, the raw materials will be sent to the mixer by the horizontal conveying equipment for mixing. After the mixing is completed, they will be lifted to the storage silo, and then through the logistics system. Send it to the construction site for use.

2. Vertical technological process. By lifting the materials into the silo at one time, from top to bottom, the steps of weighing, mixing, packaging and bulking are carried out in sequence. Third, the tower process. The process uses a tower production line with advanced ingredients such as air flotation, PLC, and central control technology. The materials mainly flow according to their own gravity, and each production process is automatically carried out.
