This precision CNC machined square manifold base plate is purpose-engineered for food processing machinery applications requiring accurate fluid or pneumatic distribution, rigid structural mounting, and long-term surface durability in hygienic production environments.
Material & Construction
Manufactured from Aluminum Alloy 6061, this material provides an excellent combination of lightweight structural rigidity, outstanding machinability, and good corrosion resistance — delivering a cost-effective and reliable solution for food machinery valve blocks, pump manifolds, and distribution base assemblies.
