Product Overview
This extrusion line is specially designed for high-efficiency production of PP strapping tape, with a maximum output of up to 200 kg/h, stable performance and high automation. It is equipped with a 90mm diameter screw, featuring large extrusion capacity, excellent plasticization, high hardness and high wear resistance. Combined with a continuous hydraulic screen changer and precision gear metering pump, it achieves uniform plasticization, stable extrusion and precise melt control.
Winding Configuration: 4 positions (φ200mm Automatic winder) + 1 positions (φ406mm Semi-Automatic winder)
