The High Output PET Strap Extrusion Line is built for converters who need maximum capacity from a single production line. Powered by a 100mm single screw machined from 38CrMoALA alloy steel and paired with a water cooling system, this line sustains a continuous 400kg/h output of PET strap and PP strap with excellent dimensional stability. It combines heavy-duty mechanical construction with precise temperature control to deliver high productivity around the clock, making it the backbone of large strapping plants that supply logistics, building material and packaging markets.

This line is ideal for large-scale strap manufacturers producing PET strap for automatic palletizing systems, brick and block strapping, steel coil packaging and heavy cargo securing. It also runs PP strap for carton sealing and light bundling applications, allowing one machine to cover multiple product lines. The hot welding sealing unit produces strong, clean joints that perform reliably in automatic strapping machines, while the 6-15mm width range and 0.5-1mm thickness range cover the most common strap specifications on the market. Customized voltage configurations and machine colors are available on request to match local requirements.

Each line is wrapped in stretch film and PE protective sleeves, then secured in reinforced wooden export cases with clear forklift markings and warning labels. Movable parts are locked with cable ties and fragile areas cushioned with foam or corrugated cartons. Before shipment every machine passes a no-load running test and a complete inspection of electrical wiring, safety guards and control systems. We provide an English operation manual, installation video, free online technical support and optional on-site commissioning.
