Q1: How long does it take to get a sample?
A1: 3-5 working days for new custom samples; 1 day if the sample is in stock.
Q2: Who pays the shipping cost for samples?
A2: The freight cost is covered by the customer. We will help you compare couriers and choose the most economical shipping way.
Q3: Can you provide technical support for customized products?
A3: Yes. Our in-house R&D team offers free technical support based on your specific requirements. We can customize input & output voltage, VA rating, number of windings, lead length and colour, mounting method and label marking.
Q4: Can you accept a flexible MOQ?
A4: Yes, we can be flexible with MOQ depending on your industry and product needs. Please share your application and estimated annual usage for customized MOQ and pricing.
Q5: Can this transformer work on both 115V and 230V mains?
A5: Yes. It has two 115V primary windings. Connect them in parallel for 115V input, or in series for 230V input. We provide clear connection diagrams with samples.
Q6: Can I get a different output voltage or a higher VA rating?
A6: Yes. We design toroidal transformers from a few VA up to several kVA. Provide your input voltage, output voltage, current and space requirements for a matching design quote.
Q7: What is your normal lead time for mass production?
A7: Standard lead time is about 15-25 days after order confirmation, depending on quantity and complexity. We can accommodate urgent projects upon request.
Q8: What certifications do you have?
A8: Our factory is certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. Our products meet CE, CB, UL, cUL and RoHS requirements, with full documentation support for your certification needs.
Q9: If I have a large quantity of goods that need to be shipped by sea, can you ensure proper packaging and protection?
A9: Yes. Goods are packed in strong export cartons, stacked on wooden pallets and shrink-wrapped for protection during long sea transport.
Q10: What payment terms do you accept?
A10: We accept T/T, Paypal and West Union. Sample orders require full advance payment; bulk order terms are negotiable based on order value and cooperation history.
