Hydraulic polyamide Double pipe clamps / twin series pipe clamps according to DIN 3015 part 3:
1) Size range:
Polyamide Double pipe clamps are fit for tube / pipe size O.D. 6mm -42 mm
2) Structure:
Assembly including cover plate, welded plate, Polyamide double clamp bodies (2), high strength bolt.
Rail nut double pipe clamps (T-G3 series) available: cover plate + polyamide double clamp body(2)+ bolt + rail nut, installed on channels or rails.
Stacking double pipe clamps (T-G6) available (max. 5 layers): Stackable Bolts + Polyamide double clamp body + safety locking plates.
3) Material:
Cover Plate: Galvanized carbon steel / stainless steel(304/316)
Welded Plate: Galvanized carbon steel / stainless steel (304/316)
Bolts: High strength carbon steel(galvanized) / stainless steel (304/316)
Clamp Body: Polyamide(PA)
Excellent UV, weathering and chemical resistance – even under extreme conditions.
4) Working Temperature:
-40 centi degree up to +120 centi degree in dark colour
