Description

High Efficiency Automatic Cup Making Machine PLC Control Hot Air System

SMD-90 is designed to produce single and double PE coated paper cups for cold and hot drinking cups. Inspection system can detect such as paper cup dirty, open rim and other defects.
It also can added remote connection system to factory computer system.
Option for inspection could inspect the rim, inner side of the cup, and both sides of the cup bottom, cups with problems like broken cup rim and cup body, wrong rim rolling, leaking, and deformation will be selected automatically.
A paper fan conveyor also can be added, for delivery of the fan to a paper cup forming machine, which could reduce the time of loading paper fan material which saves labor costs a lot
The machine also can be connected to the packing machine, to save time for the finished paper cup package.
