The Full Acrylic Resin Removable Partial Denture is a metal-free, lightweight restoration solution designed for partial tooth loss. Manufactured from imported medical-grade dental acrylic resin, it offers excellent biocompatibility, natural aesthetics, and clinical flexibility for temporary, transitional, and economical long-term use.
High-strength, high-density imported denture base resin that is crack-resistant, wear-resistant, non-fading, and not easy to deform under normal oral temperature and chewing force.
Each denture is individually designed from the patient's STL intraoral scan data or physical stone models. Occlusion, tooth arrangement, gum contour, base thickness, and morphology are fully customized to fit each patient's unique oral structure.
Equipped with high-quality multi-layer composite resin teeth featuring natural transparency, uniform color, strong wear resistance, and stable occlusion. Tooth arrangement follows natural dentition curvature for harmonious facial aesthetics.
All edges are finely trimmed and highly polished. The base fits closely with the gingival margin, reduces plaque retention, and effectively protects residual teeth and periodontal tissue.
Available in both traditional handmade processing and advanced CAD/CAM digital milling technology. Digital production ensures higher uniformity, better stability, and more precise fitting effect.
Suitable for various partial edentulous cases, including anterior tooth missing, posterior tooth missing, and multi-tooth missing. Widely used for temporary restoration, immediate post-extraction denture, transitional denture, and long-term economical restoration.
A1: The full acrylic partial denture is metal-free, lighter, more comfortable, easier to repair, and more affordable. It is perfect for temporary and transitional use. Metal frame dentures have higher rigidity and strength and are more suitable for long-term permanent restoration.
A2: It can be used for short-term temporary restoration (several months) or medium-term daily use (1–3 years) under proper maintenance. For permanent long-term use, we recommend Co-Cr alloy, Vitallium, or PEEK framework dentures.
A3: Normal daily chewing force will not cause breakage. Although acrylic resin is less rigid than metal, we use high-density reinforced dental resin to improve toughness and durability. Avoid biting overly hard food for a longer service life.
A4: Yes. Acrylic dentures are highly repairable. Local adjustment, relining, rebasing, adding missing teeth, and surface polishing can all be completed easily in dental clinics.
A5: No metal and no harmful ingredients. The medical acrylic resin is hypoallergenic and will not cause gum discoloration, inflammation, or metal allergy problems.
