Product Overview

TNMG-GF 60° Finishing Turning Insert is a high-performance indexable carbide insert designed for CNC turning applications. Featuring a 60° triangular negative geometry, the insert provides high cutting-edge strength, excellent stability, and good cost efficiency. Its optimized finishing chipbreaker geometry helps reduce cutting forces, improve chip control, and achieve consistent surface quality.

The TNMG-GF insert is mainly designed for finishing of steel, making it suitable for external turning, facing, profiling, and other precision machining operations on shafts, flanges, sleeves, and similar components. Depending on the workpiece material, insert grade, nose radius, and cutting conditions, it can be configured for a wide range of CNC turning applications.
