CNMG 80° Rhombic Turning Insert for Cast Iron Machining
Product Overview
CNMG full chipbreaker inserts are 80° rhombic negative rake indexable turning inserts. Adopting a full through chipbreaker structure, they provide smooth and stable chip evacuation, effectively solving chip accumulation and surface scratching during cast iron machining. With double-sided usable edges and high-rigidity substrate, the inserts offer excellent chipping resistance, high temperature and wear resistance. They are mainly applied to semi-finishing and medium roughing of cast iron, and also suitable for carbon steel and alloy steel. Ideal for outer diameter, facing and contour turning in mass CNC production.
