Product Overview

VCGT-AK is a 35° rhombic positive-rake indexable turning insert with AK chipbreaker for semi-finishing. Featuring a 7° positive clearance, it delivers sharp cutting edges and low cutting force, ideal for profiling, OD turning and fine ID boring. The AK chipbreaker ensures smooth chip evacuation and avoids workpiece scratching. It performs well in continuous cutting of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, offering excellent surface finish.
