Our Powder Supply Center is designed to ensure a stable, efficient, and clean powder coating process. It integrates three core components working seamlessly together:

  • Vibrating Powder Supplier (VPS) – Simply place the powder box onto the VPS. Powder is automatically pumped into the sifter for continuous supply.

  • Electric Sifter (ES) – The powder is finely sifted to remove impurities and ensure uniform particle quality before use.

  • Powder Bucket (PB) – Equipped with a fluidized bed, the bucket transforms the powder into a consistent, fluidized state, ready for smooth and even spraying.

This integrated system guarantees high coating quality, reduced waste, and reliable performance, making it ideal for modern powder coating applications.
